Paul joined United Medical Systems in 2018 and became CFO of FinnitivHealth in 2024 before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2026. Prior to joining the company, he served as VP and Corporate Controller at Harvard Bioscience, where he partnered closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution. A Certified Public Accountant, Paul holds a BA in Business from Saint Anselm College and an MS in Accountancy from Bentley College.

Dan joined Sightpath in 1998 and held numerous leadership positions within operations before moving into a role overseeing the day-to-day operations of TLC Vision’s mobile refractive program in 2006. In 2024, he moved into the Chief Operating Officer role at FinnitivHealth, overseeing both UMS and Sightpath. Dan began his career in operations and logistics while serving in the United States Army as an Avenger Missile System Technician from 1989 to 1997.

Sam joined FinnitivHealth in 2026 as Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining the company, he worked at MGG Investment Group from 2021 to 2026, where he was responsible for evaluating and underwriting investments. Prior to MGG, Sam worked at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Analyst in both the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors groups. Sam received his BBA in Finance and a Certificate in Chinese Professional Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Paul Adkins serves as Chief Financial Officer of Sightpath Medical, where he has led the company's financial operations since 2014 after joining as Controller in 2012. With more than a decade guiding Sightpath's finance function, Paul oversees accounting, financial planning, reporting, and the financial discipline that supports the company's mobile cataract, refractive, and surgical service delivery nationwide. Before Sightpath, he held controller roles at Regency Corporation and Upper River Services, and earlier in his career served as Controller at Leeann Chin and as an Analyst and Staff Accountant at Jostens. Paul holds a B.A. in Business Administration–Accounting from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business.

Dan Decker

Dan Decker enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in February 1989 and served in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Saudi Arabia, Okinawa, Japan, and Camp Pendleton, California. Trained in Landing Support, he coordinated external helicopter lifts of equipment and supplies while handling cargo ship loading and unloading operations. His son Cody was born while Dan was deployed in Okinawa, and he credits the Marine Corps with teaching him lessons that far exceed what he can fully express. Dan joined Sightpath Medical in 2001.

Heather Kummet brings more than 22 years of operations leadership experience at Sightpath Medical, where she has served since 2003 and currently leads as Senior Operations Director. She oversees the operational execution that supports Sightpath's mobile and fixed surgical service delivery — coordinating logistics, equipment readiness, and field teams to ensure consistent procedure-day performance for surgeons and facilities across the country. Heather attended St. Cloud State University.

Phil Kraling finished his Associate in Applied Science Degree (Surgical Technology) in 1997, graduating with Highest Honors. While many of his classmates joined the Mayo Clinic after clinical studies, Phil chose a different path and joined one of the first 20 employees at the small company that evolved into Sightpath Medical. His early decision to pursue a more flexible and entrepreneurial environment helped shape a career tied closely to the company’s growth, including its expansion of mobile ophthalmic surgery across 49 states and its milestone path toward two million eyes served.

Steve oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring scheduling needs are met while managing technical support for customer equipment. He is responsible for guiding Sightpath technologists and engineers and serves as the first point of contact for service needs including equipment concerns, frontline support, and ongoing operational coordination.

Erik has spent over two decades in ophthalmology and has partnered with practices across the country to grow their ophthalmic surgical services with Sightpath Medical's support beyond case day — including clinical services, practice development tools, and new technology implementation strategies. He is recognized for strong customer relationships, strategic thinking, and helping practices stay competitive at the forefront of the ophthalmic industry.
