FinnitivHealth Leadership Team

Paul joined United Medical Systems in 2018 and became CFO of FinnitivHealth in 2024 before being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2026. Prior to joining the company, he served as VP and Corporate Controller at Harvard Bioscience, where he partnered closely with executive leadership on strategic planning and execution. A Certified Public Accountant, Paul holds a BA in Business from Saint Anselm College and an MS in Accountancy from Bentley College.

Dan joined Sightpath in 1998 and held numerous leadership positions within operations before moving into a role overseeing the day-to-day operations of TLC Vision’s mobile refractive program in 2006. In 2024, he moved into the Chief Operating Officer role at FinnitivHealth, overseeing both UMS and Sightpath. Dan began his career in operations and logistics while serving in the United States Army as an Avenger Missile System Technician from 1989 to 1997.

Charice Anderson has led legal and compliance matters across the organization, drawing on prior experience with TLC Laser Eye Centers and BCLP. In 2024, she moved into the role of Chief Legal Officer for FinnitivHealth. She brings deep expertise in governance, risk management, and partnership structures that support the company’s long-term growth.

Sam joined FinnitivHealth in 2026 as Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining the company, he worked at MGG Investment Group from 2021 to 2026, where he was responsible for evaluating and underwriting investments. Prior to MGG, Sam worked at Deutsche Bank as an Investment Banking Analyst in both the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors groups. Sam received his BBA in Finance and a Certificate in Chinese Professional Communication from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Dolores joined Sightpath Medical in 2011 as Director of Human Resources and moved into the role of Head of FinnitivHealth HR in 2026. She is known for her customer focus, passion for people, and ability to build the talent and organizational capabilities that support long-term performance. Dolores studied at Western Michigan University, with BBA coursework in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, and Marketing.

Alan Parsons brings more than 25 years of information technology leadership experience to FinnitivHealth, where he serves as Vice President of Information Technology. He oversees the technology infrastructure, systems, and digital operations that support FinnitivHealth's mobile surgical service delivery across both the Sightpath Medical and UMS platforms. Prior to joining FinnitivHealth, he held progressive IT leadership roles spanning project management, information services, and programming analysis at organizations including OhioHealth and Analysts International. He studied Applied Information Technology at the Information Technology Institute and Business Administration and Management at Ryerson University.
