Email and Anti-Spam Policy

FinnitivHealth, Inc. and its divisions, Sightpath Medical and United Medical Systems (UMS), prohibit the advertising or promotion of our websites and services, including finnitivhealth.com, ums-usa.com, and sightpathmedical.com, through unsolicited commercial email. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, affiliates, and any third party acting on our behalf.

We send commercial email only to recipients with whom we have an existing business relationship (current customers, former customers, and active business contacts) or who have requested communication from us through our website forms, at industry conferences, or by direct request. We do not purchase email lists, and we do not send email to harvested or scraped addresses.

Every marketing email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address. We promptly process unsubscribe requests to ensure removal from our active email lists. Email addresses that return a hard bounce are systematically routed to our suppression files to prevent future delivery attempts. Our goal is to consistently align our email practices with the CAN-SPAM Act and applicable state and international laws.

Anyone who believes they have received unsolicited email advertising our websites should report it through the contact form on this site. Reports are investigated, and any sender found violating this policy will have email privileges revoked and, for third parties, the business relationship terminated.
