Kevin Griffin
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Griffin founded MGG Investment Group and serves as the Managing Partner, CEO, and CIO. He oversees the firm's strategic vision, leads the Investment Committee, and manages the investment process from origination to portfolio monitoring.
With decades of experience across various industries, Mr. Griffin focuses on achieving premium risk-adjusted returns. He remains active on numerous boards of directors post-investment.
Before MGG, Mr. Griffin was a Managing Director at Highbridge Principal Strategies (now HPS Partners), part of Fortress Investment Group, and Head of Private Investing for Octavian Funds and American Capital. He also worked at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin’s Investment Banking Division.
Mr. Griffin has been recognized with the 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Award by The M&A Advisor and named one of "Tomorrow’s Titans" by The Hedge Fund Journal.
He holds a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University and serves on the McDonough School of Business Board of Advisors.
Dale Stohr
Board Member
Dale Stohr is a Senior Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee at MGG Investment Group. In this capacity, Mr. Stohr is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing investments across the MGG platform. Mr. Stohr also helps oversee the Structured Solutions portfolio, manages all broadly syndicated loan investments.
Prior to joining MGG, Mr. Stohr was a Portfolio Manager at Ellington Management, where he helped manage a $2 billion corporate credit platform. Prior to Ellington, Mr. Stohr was Head of the US Special Situations Group at RBS Securities, Inc. Additionally, he held senior roles at Angelo, Gordon & Co, and GoldenTree Asset Management, where he focused on special situation credit opportunities.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Stohr was as a Principal at American Capital, leading private equity and subordinated debt investments in middle market companies and was an investor at Trivest Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm.

Jim Feinstein

Jim Feinstein has 30 years of experience as a business leader in healthcare services. He is currently the CEO of ENT Partners, LLC, a physician practice management company focused on ear, nose, throat, and sleep specialties.
Previously, Jim was President & COO of United Skin Specialists, LLC, where he built a corporate team and implemented centralized services like HR, marketing, billing, and compliance. From 2012-2015, he served as COO of nJoy Vision, a network of vision correction centers in Oklahoma and Texas.
Jim was also Executive Vice President at Sightpath Medical, an international advisor to Optical Express, and Senior Vice President for North America’s largest eye-care provider. He was the CEO of United Vision Associates and an Advisory Board Member for the Illinois Eye Bank for 13 years. In 2007, he was recognized as one of the most influential people in eye care by the Midwest Organ and Donor Board.
Jim lives in the Twin Cities with his wife and two daughters and enjoys traveling and live music.
David Greenberg
Independent Board Member
As a veteran executive, David has enjoyed a career rooted in leading multi-billion dollar companies. Prior to co-founding Homethrive, David was a top executive at Medline Industries, Inc. (“Medline”) from June 2008 to October 2018. Medline is a multi billion dollar privately held global health care company serving the complete continuum of care. Mr. Greenberg was a member of Medline’s Executive Board and advised ownership on all aspects of the business and served as Group President and Executive Vice President, Strategy/M&A.
David has also held several senior leadership positions at Aon Corporation. David served as CFO of a multibillion-dollar business unit, CEO of a $1B+ Auto Finance division, and was responsible for Aon’s ~$2B Private Equity/Venture Capital Portfolio. He also worked as a Corporate Attorney in Chicago.
David is Lead Director of ICU Medical (ICUI: ~$5B market cap), and a board member of Canadian Hospital Specialties, privately held medical device manufacturer and specialty distributor and Stairway ventures an early stage company health holding company. David is involved in several charitable organizations and lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and daughters.
Jorgen Madsen
Board Member & Founder of United Medical Systems
Jorgen Madsen founded United Medical Systems, the mobile lithotripsy provider, where he served as the CEO from 2003 to 2017. He held the position of UMS Chairman until 2023. Jorgen introduced the partnership business structure to the mobile enterprise and oversaw UMS go through many processes and acquisitions, eventually transforming into its current form of national leader in mobile urology services. Today, Jorgen holds the title of a Board Member of UMS parent company, Finnitiv Health.
